Datacenter Services Consolidation and Migration Project:
• Create All the Project Documents to Migrate all RCJ Sites (RCH, JIC, JTI, JUC) to be at RCJ Datacenter.
• Recommend the Best Practices and Optimum Solutions for his Datacenter after studying all the services and filtering the environment and Decommission for the unneeded / old Systems and VMs.
• Perform Migration of 350 Virtual Servers and Virtualize 70 Physical Servers to Nutanix Private Cloud.
• Implement Nutanix Clusters and Manage the Nutanix Private Cloud.
• Manage the Relationships between the client and the vendor (Nutanix) and create capacity plans for expansions.
• Implement and Manage the Disaster Recovery Site across Nutanix HCI Sites.
• Manage the Infrastructure across VMWare Infrastructure and Nutanix Private Cloud Clusters, Projects Assessments and day-to-day operations including downtime, Upgrades, reporting service levels, defining and tracking operational metrics, and provide the overall status to management for effective delivery of services.
• Reconfigure and Enhance Orion SolarWinds Monitoring Services and Nutanix Private Cloud to the Monitoring System.
• Manage the Data Center services, Data Protection Services, Monitoring Services, facilities, projects and day-to-day operations including downtime, reporting service levels, defining and tracking operational metrics, and provide the overall status to management for effective delivery of services.
• Manage relationships with vendors for systems support and new systems.
• Plan, develop and implement:
o Hardware and software standards and upgrades for business applications, systems and server hardware.
o Policies, processes and procedures for effective delivery of services and Business Continuity.
• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity to ensure meeting the business (RTO) and (RPO) Contribute to the development of Technology Sector strategies to align with the company business strategy.
SELECT ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Plan, Design, Implement the following projects:
o Renovation Project for Datacenter, Domain, Data Protection Services includes Setup phase, Documentation phase, Assessment phase and Development Phase.
o Disaster Recovery site Project includes the Disaster as a Service and Backup as a Service.
o Test Environment Project which is totally simulating the production environment and recovery points on-demand.
o Implement and Develop Datacenter Monitoring Systems as SolarWinds, VeeamOne and Facilities IOT System.
o Migrate Hyper-V Virtualization to VMWare Virtualization.
o Filter and Decommission the environment from unneeded / old Systems and VMs.
• Manage the Data Center HVAC system, security (physical), projects and day-to-day operations including downtime, reporting service levels, defining and tracking operational metrics, and provide the overall status to management for effective delivery of services and also Manage overall capacity utilization of Server/hardware environment ensuring it is optimized to meet business requirements.
• Manage System Administration, Database Administration and Backup Administration Sections.
• Manage and Maintain overall security of the corporate's systems and Ensure high availability of critical business systems hosted to ensure availability of the data.
• Manage relationships with vendors in support of staff augmentation and systems support.
• Manage, motivate, develop and assess Data Center team to improve team members’ performance level.
• Manage, plan, develop and implement Cloud Environments on Microsoft Azure, Amazon and Google.

•Revamping the Datacenter Rooms in Head Quarter and 5 different sites Project regarding Virtualization, firefighting system, HVAC system, civil works, electrical works, physical security and Monitoring System.
•Disaster Recovery site Project.
•Test Environment Project which is totally simulating the production environment and recovery points on-demand.
•Backup and Archive infrastructure Project according to the 321 Backup Strategy.
•Document Sharing Center Project on SharePoint and on-premise.
•Database High Availability Project to apply Business Continuity
• Coached, mentored and Lead high-performing technical team of Field Engineers, Security Engineers, Network Engineers and Systems Integration Specialists and Provide senior-level technical consultations on all IT and networking issues and review network layouts, resolve equipment redundancies, and improve network reliability and flexibility at Customer side.
