Project : Extension of Pipeline size 1000 mm dia. ( Fresh Water ) & 800 mm dia. (Desalination water) from Sumed water pumping station in Ain Sokhna to South Sokhna.
• Study and understand the project scope of work.
• Create and manage a construction project budget based on the project cost estimation.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Negotiate with vendors, contractors and subcontractors to obtain profitable construction contracts.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to the completion.
• Point of contact with the Client for communication and execution of detailed planning activities.
• Manage & Solve short-term activities issues.

 Review approved isometric drawings prior to execution of the required works.
 Prepare work schedule in coordination with the installation team.
 Survey the quantity which will be fabricated in the Fabrication shop.
 Make daily updated reports for fabrication shop according to project specification (joint number, dia inch or linear meter).
 Supervision all fabrication activities on fabrication shop.
 Follow up with installation team for all lamination joints activities for GRV/GRE lines from the client and main contractor/s for timely, organized and safe execution of the required works.
 Prepares method statements for non-standard / modification works during installation.
 Make technical queries for site problems if required and close it out with engineering dept
 Monitoring site activities and site supervisors.
 Coordinate with the client all the requirements for installation, testing and commissioning.
 Arrange mobilization of manpower and equipment to site.
 Report progress of works on daily or weekly basis including technical, non-conformities and logistical issues at site for corrective action by the Company’s managements.
