• Supervises the implementation of the regional/local product and service direction • Supervises the warehousing and the delivery and billing of more than 16, 000 telecommunication electronic part of multinational companies such as (HP, NSN, CISCO ...) • Backup & Asset logistics operational team in any shortage in operation Team. • Monthly pricing for all logistics transaction for Local and Global customer. • Analysis for shipments done by operation team on each account and ensuring that each transaction is related to the right customer. • Preparing all the paperwork, CMF that needed in order to open a new account. • Coordinate between Global customer and DHL finance team in issues related to invoicing and term of payments. • Coordinate with credit control team for collecting money by providing them with the invoice number and amount and term of payment. • Monthly Sending invoices related to global customers to DHL.W.W and after that coordinate with them for what is paid, and outstanding invoices. • Monthly Prepared petty cashes and purchasing supplies needed for SPC. • Profit and loss analysis for logistics department. • Monthly measuring logistics performance through certain measurements.
