 Establishing customer's needs after receiving and welcoming him.
 Diagnosing customer’s vehicle & advise him on necessary repairs receiving the car.
 Achieve target (parts+labor) and CSI.
 Working Reducing WIPs numbers as standard of company.
 Follow up the backorder parts with spare parts and update the customers.
 Deliver the car to the customer after confirm his needs done
 Make sure the vehicles FIXED FIRST TIME .
 Follow up with customer after taking their cars by phone to be sure everything is going well.

 Follow up with spare parts on VOR.
 Monitors closely the vehicles repairing.
 Handle customer complaints.
 Follow & implement SA six setps:
1- Reception (greeting and welcoming)
2- Lestining to the customer and writing-up repair need.
3- Monitoring work in progress.
4- Final check for delivery.
5- Job explanation at delivery.
6- Post service follow-up.
