MASTER PLANNING WORKS
• Preparing Structure Master plan, master plan guidelines and regulations For Dubai Waterfront that faces Palm Jabal Ali. The total area of the site is about 6000 hectares.
• Developing a Design master plan for a unique international stadium with a total capacity of 4000 spectators, and a hotel bounded by the mountain in a hilly site in Kalba city, united arab emirates. Developing NEOM's high-density residential and administration city master plan with a total area of 200 hectares, mainly designed to accommodate NEOM staff. The project location is in Neom, KSA.
• Prepared complete preliminary master plan assessments for 3 sites in Riyadh city owned by a reputable Saudi developer (ROSHAN) and managed other disciplines to share and collaborate with their outputs. The sites’ areas ranged from 20 km² to 30 km². The project location is in Neom, KSA.
• Managed and prepared the master plan concept design sketches for three smart cities in Oman in different locations; the sites ranged from 530 hectares to 1200 hectares.
• Managed and prepared the conceptual master plan, and design report for the Dubai South district owned by Dubi south properties on the west side of EMAAR south, with a total area of 280 hectares.

MASTER PLANNING WORKS
• Prepared conceptual master plan, the landscape schematic and detailed design reports and documents for private villa located in the pearl shore line with total area 3000 m.sq, doha, qatar.
• Preparead Conceptual master plan, design report and documents for a temporary security guard housing with total area 36, 500 m.sq, Doha, Qatar
• Prepared conceptual master plan and design reports for world cup fan camps for 3 sites located in (LUSIAL City, al-khor with total plot area various from ( 370, 000 m.sq : 2, 000, 000 m.sq), Qatar.
• Prepared conceptual master plan, schematic design reports and documents for 2 residential compounds for Iraqi military officers in IRAQ with tota area 450, 00 m.sq, and 3 military bases in IRAQ.
LANDSCAPE WORKS
• Prepared schematic landscape documents for Qatar Red Crescent new headquarter building in Doha, Qatar with total plot area 41, 572 m² Consisting of a basement, ground, first and second floor with total built up area 45, 000 m², using BIM programs (Revit, and Civil 3d).
• Prepared schematic and detailed design landscape documents for arab African administration building in new cairo, Egypt with total plot area 8400 m.sq and 720 m.sq for roof space using BIM programs (Revit, and Civil 3d).
• Prepared a landscape schematic design and detailed design reports and documents for a high rate residential tower facing the meditation sea in the new Alamin city, North Coast, Egypt with total plot area 42000 m.sq and 27500 m.sq in podium level using BIM programs (Revit, and Civil 3d).
• Issued landscape construction documents for 1 governmental complex with total area 24, 350 m.sq in Lusail, Qatar.
• Prepared landscape construction documents for military academy in new administration capital, cairo, Egypt
• Prepared landscape concept design documents and detailed drawings for 2 schools, and service complex in new alamein city, north coast, Egypt.

TASKS

KHALIFA AVENUE PROJECT
A mega infrastructure and landscape project in Qatar (Khalifa avenue) Along 7.5 km and 1 km in AL-WAJBAH Palace Entrance, with a total budget of 7 billion with 1 billion dedicated for landscape works.
ACHIEVEMENTS
• Deliver all the master plan and landscape construction works including (hardscape, road kerbs, furniture, planters, green walls, and granite cladding works) to the consultant. Get approval for all landscape engineering documents and shop drawings.
• Handover al-Wajbah palace entrance’s landscape works to the client and the consultant.
TASKS
• Managed and prepared technical reports and documents of hardscape works, passing by the approval of client and stakeholders till construction.
• Follow up site works progress and quality.
• Effectively manage the site supervision staff during construction & ensuring the works are being carried out according to the Contract specifications.
• Ensure monitoring of the quality of materials and workmanships installed, operated and maintained.
• Liaise with Client, Project Management and consultant for resolution of project issues, in addition to the concerned Authorities when required.

• Prepared landscape construction documents for a king Abdullah medical city with a total area of 1, 250, 00 m.sq, KSA

• Prepared master plan and detailed design documents including required permits for a high-level residential complex with a total area of 250, 000 m.sq in Cairo, Egypt.
• Prepared landscape detailed drawings of one (leed-certified) project (Halliburton technology & training centre, Egypt.
• Prepared landscape detailed drawings of 2 metro stations (Makkah and Madina) and 100 civil defence and prisons sites, and correction sites owned by the ministry of interior, KSA.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND TASKS
• Worked in Porto Sokhna beach resort, which is located with a spectacular view of the red sea and a stunning mountain backdrop. The resort consists of 94 rooms, 21 villas and 30 apartments with a magnificent view of the sea or the lagoon.
