Create, extend and modify Vendor in SAP system.
Organize and coordinate business trips for Managing Director and Retail

Prepare and send couriers and other necessary mails, etc.
Transfer information to Cartier Boutiques when required.
Organize and maintain boutiques’ database information including lease
information
Manage preparation of the Retail weekly/monthly meetings.
Organize team meetings and team building activities.
Coordinate market visits from Cartier Middle East and Cartier International
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly Reports and follow up.
Manage Credit and Debit.
Preparing Expenses / Net prices / Price quotations / Flights tickets form.

Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
