Secure the tenants that we have & not to lose them.
Developing and implementing creative marketing and leasing strategies that will make an impact, support the company brand and individual property brand and drive sales and online traffic.
Assist in managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers.
Reaching sales goals as set by management.
Maintains a sales call pattern averaging 25 calls per week.
Prospecting for new business, preparing/presenting proposals and maintaining existing relationships.
Taking customer calls, dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
Establishes and maintains histories on every account within the marketing area.
Provides market feedback to the Director of Sales / Travel on changing market conditions, including trend in the competition.
Monitors own accounts and monthly productivities and reports back to Director of sales / Travel on any variances.
Attends all functions related to the accounts handled.
Sells and promote Hotel and its facilities at every opportunity
Planning successfully to sell the vehicles through displaying all models presentably, Focusing on customers’ needs & interests, dealing with customers in hospitable manners to gain his satisfaction and helping for achieving Motors Division objectives.
Provide sales management with daily reports (lost sales, trade-in, traffic registration, and comprehensive insurance) to support for reading sales performance trend clearly.
Follow up implementing the marketing activities properly, and communicate with sales team for new events or new campaigns.
Participate in setting forecasting & ordering vehicles quantities to enhance the sales flow.
Assist the sales manager for maintaining operation system properly as Principle company guidelines.
Prepare the daily or periodical reports & analysis required from the manufactures& Managers, and forward to sales general manager for discussion.
Manage sales quota according to departmental procedures.
Monitoring monthly guest/test drive report.
Liaising with IT dept. in regards to all sales coordination section inquiries.
Customer Satisfaction.
Achieve the sales targets, analyze the potential area for improvement and recommend for proper actions.
Operate the price schedules & discounts, and review the sales activities reports to determine the profitability.
Organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the department.
Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases.
Managing filing systems.
Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management.
Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
Typing the agenda and taking minutes, organizing meetings with clients.
Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction.
Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output.
Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations.
Responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
Ensure that customers are always satisfied and targets are met, building long lasting relationship and a loyalty to the brand.
Effective use of tools and information to drive customer service delivery
Meeting customer expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and professionalism of response either face to face, or at the telephone.
