- Holding the pricing process and the shipping line schedules and services.
- Preparing the offers.
- Preparing container booking with all shipping lines whether manual or using E-COMMERCE for all kinds of shipments especially reefer shipments.
- Following with logistics department the pickup and the loading process till gating in the container in the terminal.
- Prepare clearance orders and following it from opening the certificate till closing it including any amendments needed.
- Preparing all the documentary process regarding the shipment (making the shipping instruction to prepare the bill of lading and following with clearance department to get the certificate of origin and the phytosanitary certificate and the necessary attachments for it to revise it and start sending it by courier.
- Getting the invoices and revise it according to the rates agreed with the shipping lines and preparing for making the telex release or the OBL
- Getting the certificate copy after exporting the shipments, revise it and complete the documents with the b/l copy needed to be ready for surrendering it to the shipper to get the financial support from the government.
- Handle multimodal shipments.
- Treat all the operational matters.
