- Auditing and verifying timekeeping records, managing deductions, calculate bonuses, allowances, overtime and ensuring salary payments comply with local laws.
- Respond to employee questions about wages and deductions
- Preparing financial reports and analyzing financial statements
- Preparing the necessary reports, lists, financial tables, and accounting books on a regular basis
- Provide financial information to relevant administrators
- Entering data and information into computer systems such as invoices, financial documents, restrictions,
exchange orders, and all different accounts
- Proving and recording the records of accounting operations after ensuring their accuracy, the existence of
documents proving them, and making the necessary postings through the organization’s accounting program.
- It deals with financial matters for employees, including discharges, work injury compensation, joining and
terminating service, liquidation of end-of-service compensation, percentages of increase in the case of
additional work, and compensation for the nature of work and specialization.
- Calculating end-of-service balances in cases of dismissal or resignation
- Follow up on advances granted to employees on a monthly basis.
