• Provide the customers information on promoted products/services
• Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities
• Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
• Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products
• Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc.)

Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
- Manage the booking of rooms.
- Answer a multi line phone system and greeting and directing guests, as well as staff. Furthermore, duties include responding to complaints, service issues and other general questions or concerns as appropriate. Filing, mail distribution and use of a computer usually are necessary.
- Liaise with the bell desk to deliver luggage to the rooms.
- Note requests for wake-up calls, transport arrangements and other general enquiries.
- Communicate with other departments regarding group and VIP check-ins.
- Keep a record of guests’ arrivals, day and time of check-in, length of stay, and their special needs and preferences.
