• Assumed full responsibility for all day-to-day production operations including production plans, allocation of resources (machines/manpower), and standardizing departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
• Mastered processes of the chicken further processing encompassing chicken burger/nuggets/fried chicken 9 and 12 pieces, fried drumsticks, and fried wings.
• Catering to some of the big clients in Saudi Arabia including Albaik Company/Aqwat Company/Herfy company, having several branches all over Saudi Arabia and take of their special requirements for whole chicken and chicken parts
Key Responsibilities:
• Directing operations within all spheres of meat production process to achieve organization goals, cost saving, product quality, labor efficiency, consistent and on-time delivery of products.
• Providing thought leadership and direction for the entire production section to the accomplish task of maximizing production throughput by analyzing budgets, recommending improvements in operational strategies, implementing robust standards and strategies for the organization.
• Planning, organizing and supervising the production processes inside the slaughterhouse in accordance with quality and safety standards and in adherence with health and food safety rules.
• Championing full spectrum activities in further processing, starting from receiving the raw materials, processing for each raw material, managing operating the lines until packing and delivering the complete and final product to the warehouses in alignment with established production targets.
• Working on developing productive capacities through implementation of robust IT systems and centralized procurement platform to ensure uniform purchases, strict controls, centralized data collection and cost optimizations.
• Offering inputs in recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and promotion as well as termination activities of production staff. Managing the quality and production teams and ensuring the application of quality and safety standards.
• Commanding multidisciplinary coordination with machine operators, packaging team and other subordinates, managing daily production activities, setting quality standards, providing requisite resources (Personnel/Machinery/ equipment), enforcing accountability, and establishing discipline to manage function in an objective and consistent manner
• Directing strategic and operational initiatives in terms of established quality to ensure continued financial strength, customer satisfaction and operating efficiency.
• Effectively scheduling manufacturing operations, determining project timelines and mobilizing purchases (selection, ordering and procurement) with project requirements/schedules. Performing routine and periodic maintenance on manufacturing equipment and devices.
• Deploying and conveying timelines to complete the project to managers, clients and employees and working collaboratively with customers, buyers, marketing and sales staff.
• Maintaining plant and equipment in safe and good condition, ascertaining accurate records/systems/quality to obtain optimum production, produce required quantities and enhance organization-wide efficiencies and synergies.
• Tracking and reviewing the performance of staff, organizing events to keep staff engaged and empowering staff to perform to their peak and contributing to continuous improvement.
