Verify / Authorize Treasury transactions :
o Banks' Lending/Borrowings.
o Islamic Transactions (wakala - murabaha _ points).
o Corporate loans and deposits.
o Foreign Exchange (Banks/Customers).
o Validate / Reconcile Nostro transfers.
Verify / Release all payments and confirmations in Swift Alliance system.
Authorize customer payments (debit/credit) in ICBS system.
Daily Checking Account with Central Bank of Kuwait.
Update / Approve SSIs and IBAN Numbers of the counter parties.
Prepare brokerage provisions.
Co-ordinate with Internal and External Auditors and Provide required reports and documents.
New Counter parties and Customer data update in system .
Review unprocessed transactions, if any, pending with Treasury .
Monitor brokerage slips and statements.
Monitor Reuter and balancing processed transactions.
Check batch reports for the cancelled/dropped transactions.
Preparing clients monthly statements of accounts.
Responsible for the monthly trial balance and handle errors.
Contributed to preparation of programs for the company
Stores where the company owns more than 15 large stores In addition to the accounts of customers and suppliers.
