I have had extensive work experience of more than 20 years in the retail sector, Sales, Retail operations management and store management, Visual merchandising, admin and auditing, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people from all walks of life. I would easily fit into any team and any organisation. I have all the relevant and necessary skills and experience to make a success of this job. I was in charge of 11 store with a total of more then R200 Million turnover per annum.
I am a conscientious person who works hard and pay attention to detail. I am flexible and quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. I am a very disciplined individual, Dedicated, committed and loyal and has excellent work ethics.
My strong analytical and technical skills and the ability to work with people from all walks of life and at all levels on urgent and demanding tasks would enable me to achieve results at the shortest possible time. I am sure my education, theoretical and practical knowledge and experience in store management, retail management as well as Regional operations management will benefit the company enormously.

I have been promoted to diffrent stores due to the diffrence I made in the stores and grown the business.
I grew the Krugersdorp stores turnover from a R13 Million store to a R17 Million store within 1 year. I grew the Springs stores from a R34 million store to a R78 Million store over a 5 year and period and have done a revamp in that store that took a full year to complete. I have grown turnover in the Pretoria store from a R68 Million to a R91 Million turnover store within a year and this was done through diffrent projects that I ran in the store and did enhancements in the store and very neccesary upgrades to make the store more attractive and customer friendly and this made the turnover to increase and I was promoted from the store into a Regional Managers position. I have done this through the following: Excellent customer service, Stock Management ensuring I have all the wanted items in my store at all times by ensuring that the Data integrity of the store is as low as possible. Putting tighter security measures in place reducing stocklosses, I have requested to do stock count 4 times a year instead of twice a year and this gave me more controll over stock accuracy and data integrity was more accuate as well. My Region was 3rd in the Company because my cost containment and productivity measures and was one of the Best in the company for year end 2014.
