 Responsible for configure, maintain and troubleshooting of Network Devices like switches, Call manager and wireless controller at different AMC Customers.
 Site Survey, Network Design, Configuration, Implementation, Testing, Troubleshooting and Documentation.
 Testing and debugging skills includes Wire shark and Log analysis.
 Coordinate with Internet Service providers.
 Good Exposure of Configuring Core switches and Edge Switches of famous brands like Cisco, HPE, Brocade and Huawei, Wireless Controllers and Access Points of Brands like HP and Huawei, Barracuda Link Balancer, Wireless Design software like NETSCOUT/Air magnet.
 Provide AMC Support for more than 30 clients for all kind of Network, Wireless and VOIP issues.
 Facilitate the Client & delivering the configuration requirements.
 Maintain positive client relationships by assessing their needs, updating them on project progress.
