Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Protective, Decorative/Fireproof (PFP) coatings to existing customers and develop new potential customers.

Analyse potential and select key targets to ensure that plans turn into actions through agreed action plans.

Ensure sales from targeted markets and that the net results after cost provides an acceptable level of profit in line with budget.

Establish pricing policy together with Regional Sales Director. Implement initiatives, improve market customer penetration.

Assume or assign responsibility for Key Accounts and Key Projects in conjunction with Regional Sales Director and Regional Target Market.

Coordinate the activities for the Company by planning and implementing the annual calendar of activities including special events.

Responsible for and actively involved in development of business objectives and leads key development projects for the Company.

Preparation of annual sales budget and monthly forecast.

Maintain consistent and good service and relationships with existing customers & Identify and target new clients from Projects to Retailers.

Manage sales team from different backgrounds and experiences to achieve high outputs.

Creates an open environment in the team where all people can perform at their best and stimulates the development of others. Reports on progress on continuous basis.

Monitor credit days & aging to ensure customer payment is received within the budgeted days outstanding.
