¨ Oversee the construction process to ensure that it is completed according to the plans and specifications.
¨ Responsible for ensuring that the construction project meets NEOM quality standards with the Quality department.
¨ Responsible for implementing NEOM safety proceduresand support HSW on conduct of safety inspections and training to ensure that workers are aware of and follow safety procedures.
¨ Monitor the progress of the project and identify and resolve any problems that arise.

¨ Monitor the progress of the project to ensure that it is within the project schedule.
¨ Ensure that the contractor & Subcontractor observe and implement safety practices at site.
¨ Initiate weekly progress meetings and prepare weekly reports.
¨ Conduct and assist in testing & commissioning activities.

¨ Ensure basic safety standards in HC facility and make emergency repairs for MOH facilities
¨ Assist and support contract administration, quality control and the development/improvement of quality assurance policies and procedures
¨ Carry out material inspection and review all technical documents to ensure that it complies with the project specification and contract documents.
¨ Responding to technical queries, clarifications and provide technical input to resolve discipline related issues at site.

¨ Conducting regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
¨ Reviewing construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
¨ Keeping detailed records and reports of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
