I started as a Data Network Professional supporting our client Saudi Aramco in scaling and optimizing their Security System Network Infrastructure; I have gradually evolved into Network and Security support roles managing existing long term projects and providing tech solutions for improving Network infrastructure to our leading clients across the Kingdom. I am currently working in a midlevel role, steering all round Network operations for the ongoing projects. I am primary resource for Cisco Networking Technologies and Server Application management, solution provider and troubleshooting.
• Working closely with the sales team to provide solution and technical Pre-sales support.
• Conduct site surveys at client locations & provide an optimum solution.
• Handling both Technical & Pre-sales activities.
• Interact with Sales department in making active and passive solution.
