To provide and manage many change management initiatives at ZADCO. Some of the assignments include and focus was on:

•Responsible for Job Design, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation.
•Develop and maintain the company salary and grading systems so that they fully contribute to a high performance organization. The systems include HAY Job Evaluation for all management staff, MEIRC Job Evaluation for other staff.
•Member of the Job Evaluation Committee and recently being nominated as the alternative secretary of the Job Evaluation Committee.
•Responsible for the compensation strategy to attract, retain talents and be a trend setter in the Oil & Gas space.
•Participate in a variety of surveys conducted by Consultants or ADNOC initiatives/participate in salary surveys and job/grade correlation exercises with ADNOC and major Gulf Oil Companies.
•Develop and monitor the operation and use of the Professional Ladders for career progression through competency frame work and ensure they are properly applied and their potential for skill development is fully realized.
•Monitor and analyze the Performance Appraisal results, ensure the assessments are accurate and advise related salary and rewards commensurate with performance.
•Nominated subject matter expert for the Oracle Performance Management system. Successfully managed the design phase and helped in the roll out for its implementation in 2013.

The primary responsibility apart from managing HR operations was to draw development strategies for the Leisure & Entertainment Cluster of the businesses.

•Mentoring as a special focus - designed and managed in developing young Emirati talents and preparing them for strategic positions.
•Facilitate in identifying and prepare high performers for the Tatweer “HPE” programs.

•Developed a robust induction and employee on boarding program as one of the best practices.
