• Build, train, coach, and lead the specification and technical teams.
• Oversee the creation, development, and maintenance of all technical marketing literature, Written Specs, Drawings, Software Tools and calculations Sheets, Master Compliance Statement, and BIM Library.

• Develop BIM processes and workflows, BIM standards and protocols, Common Data Environment CDE, Naming Conventions, and BIM documentation following the ISO 19650 series.
• Evaluate human resources and set training plans. Evaluate technology needs (software and hardware).
• BIM 3D (Modelling, Coordination & Clash detection), BIM 4D (planning), BIM 5D (QTO and Cost Estimation), BIM 6D analysis (energy analysis, Lighting analysis), BIM 7D (COBie FM handover).

Global BIM Management is a professional master’s program designed to qualify and certify professionals in the field of open BIM.
