• Managed import/export operations: customs clearance, MOIAT duty exemptions, freight
coordination, and export documentation, reducing operational turnaround time.
• Performed bank, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable reconciliations and resolved
disputes with vendors and customers.
• Maintained fixed asset register, depreciation schedules, and proactively renewed all corporate
licenses and legal documents.
• Prepared financial reports for senior management and supported tax filings.
