1. In-charge of complete implementation and development process of all IT/automated systems of Openware in co-ordination with the managers of all concerned departments and vendors.
2. Issue and maintain the IT Asset Management for company ensuring that all assets are recorded and updated/removed when required.
3. Maintain staff accounts for email, and other automated systems and train new staff with the systems.
4. Purchasing of all hardware items in coordination with support department and vendors.
5. Acting as liaison between Openware employees and Diyar Helpdesk. Act as a person in charge for all below queries and maintain the record of same:
• Network Admin access and control(Slowness, Statistics, Performance, Improvements)
• IP Telephony (Configuration, Failure)
• Training Rooms machines (OS, RAM’s, Network, Images, Upgrade)
• Staff Laptops, PC’s (Inventory, Replacements)
• Printers and Scanners (Configuration)
. Perform any tasks as per the qualifications/experiences as may be assigned from time to time by Manager Admin & HR.
Making material request through ERP and forwarding the same to Material Department
Entering Annual Leave and Sick Leave of IT staff in ERP and submitting the hard copy to Payroll Section.
Entering BTA details in ERP and Following up with Administration Department of Visa and Ticket issuing.
Handling all the fillings of IT department and maintaining all records as per company procedure
Handling all the suppliers from different countries and follow ups with them regarding all the shipments.
Handling all correspondence of Local & International suppliers and contractors.
Confirming new orders and issuing LPO and Approval letter.
Issue monthly and quarterly progress report to the senior management of maintenance divisions
Handling Stock: Making Issuing notes, Receiving note, Purchase order, Transfer vouchers, new products codes, Entering new items, Price comparison, Comparison between old & new prices & Etc.Also responsible for implementing of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software for Kuwait Stock Exchange for better efficiency, data gathering and analysis of problem areas and solutions can be done.
Developed and upgraded auditorium, conferencing facilities and meeting room by installing projector, sound system and presentation tools.
Designed and executed I.P. cameras installation project with Bader Mulla Company for Kuwait Stock Exchange.
Made Tender documents for I.P.camera, Kitchen upgrading, New cradle Machine Installation, New Carrier chiller, I.T. server room and Training room.
Handling all the Networks related problem, laying new cable and creating users to provide internet service and troubleshooting of PC
Assembling new PC, Helping the Customer through phone to troubleshoot network problem
Handling mails of Sony-BMG customers from America and Canada to provide technical solutions and answering their general inquiry regarding shipment and general ordering process
