• Prepare accurate Financial Statement and month-end close reports.
• Reconcile accounts, resolving discrepancies and collaborating across various
Finance and non-Finance functions.
• Analyze journals, produce data analysis and reports and assist with variance
analysis.
• Assemble the annual audit information for external auditors.
• As a partner in the accounting process, recommend how to improve efficiency
using automation.
• Analyze past performance financial data, and prepare budgets and forecasts
for business unit.
• Perform variance analysis between monthly actual performance and budget,
and use my business understanding to produce insights that the CEO and
COO can action to drive financial results.

• Preparing Daily sales report, daily cash received and disbursement report to
CFO.
• Monthly Invoice report to CFO and also reporting him weekly receivable
position.
• Follow up to customer for recovering their outstanding.
• Set on weekly meeting with Managing Director along with CFO and General
Manager
• Managing general ledger and other financial book keeping tasks to ensure
complete and correct supporting documents and reports.
• Managing cash flows, payments, credit and banking functions for the
organization.

• Planning and conducting preliminary investigations and preparation of audit briefs
prior to undertaking audit projects.
• Undertaking, as part of a team, or individually, audit projects within the remit of the
agreed audit brief; interviewing clients, documenting and testing the systems.
• Preparing a constructively based draft report for agreement with the Audit Manager,
including conclusions drawn from work undertaken and making recommendations for
system improvements, where needed.
• Finalizing the Audit with Firm Partner.
