1- All mechanical issue in Kings Academy ((HVAC) ventilation, heating, cooling, sewage treatment plant, irrigation, fire fighting systems, underground well, swimming pool, plumbing, water supply, water quality.
2- Follow up the additional buildings and new projects in King's Academy, review and approve design and shop drwings for mechanical.
3- Manage and control the budget, purchasing.

5.Designing and Building Mechanical Services for the Studio, other additional buildings and infrastructural mechanical works.

7.Approving on Variation Orders.
