1-AIR PRODUCTS TECHNOLOGY CENTER EXPANSION PHASE-2 (WET LABS AND ROTOFLOW WORKSHOPS).

Duties & Responsibilities: -
 Ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting clients’ requirements and business objectives.
 Lead the project team to ensure that the deliverables are submitted on schedule and met client expectations.
 Ensure that the terms of the contract are followed and manage scope changes by effectively delivering project objectives.
 Manage the project team including architects, engineers, construction managers, and administrative support.
 Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure the quality of the project.
 Responsible for overall work progress and technical performance on the project.
 Lead and manage the project team through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, consistent with established project delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other specified requirements stated in the contract.
 Work with the client from the start of each project to ensure you understand the project scope and vision.
 Oversee the beginning of each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations. process change and variation orders
 Conduct meetings on-site with the architect, client, and construction crew
 Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
 Monitor, identify, and analyze all project costs with a view of facilitating the completion of the project at minimum cost and within the budget limit
 Monitor Material Procurement activities for the project under his control
 Maintain an awareness of all potential risks to the company’s day-to-day objectives and progress of the works, this applies to commercial risks due to delays, non-performing direct labor, sub-contractors, etc and or delays by others (3rd parties)
 Raise ‘Early Warning’ notices to plan, commercial, and senior management in view of any and all perceived delays to the general progress of all works

Duties & Responsibilities:-
 Responsible for the overall direction and management of assigned design contracts.
 Establishes and builds professional relationships with Clients, other Consultants and Contractors.

 Owns the preparation and implementation of the Project Management Plans, Design Management
Plans and Project Quality Plans in coordination with the assigned project team.

1-NATIONAL GUARD HOUSING PROJECT (5000 Villa).
Consists of 4, 600 soldier’s villas and 400 officer’s villas, and all facilities like Schools,
kindergartens, Markets, Masjids (Mosques).

Establish and Completion & Maintenance Secondary Boys School Project. -1
Duties & Responsibilities:-
 Supervision and monitoring the daily construction works.
 Making inspections.
 Following the work progress.
 Preparing & checking drawings (Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings).
 Writing and preparing regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly), letters.
 Coordinating with supervision staff.
 Preparing monthly payment.
 Taking the slump test and temperature for fresh concrete, and taking concrete cubes in the site.
 Making and Follow-up the surveying works.
 Bringing all materials and samples for approval.

1- Maintenance & Development Road works of the Wadi Al Ain and cladding for
the disposal of rain water along the 20 km. Al-Ain wadi from Alrawdah Area to
Truck Road contract (3).
Duties & Responsibilities:-
 Day-to-day management of the road works in the site, including supervising and
monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
 Keep project on schedule.
 Keep control of man-hours/overtime
 Keep track of efficiency / productivity.
 Making inspections.
 Preparing Progress Reports (Daily & weekly and monthly), and Technical reports.
 Following the work progress.
 Writing letters.
 Plans Execution.
