•Preparing strategic and operational plans
•following-up & assessment for the plans (M&E)

•Training on operational & strategic planning .
•Working with the governmental committees and the NGO's .
for this medical company, my responsibilities included:
•Logistics management (importing and exporting, purchasing orders, customer relations, training preparations).
•Purchasing planning (ordering preparations, ordering scheduling).
•Stock management
•Suppliers and customers relations management
•HR management (hiring, planning, salaries / incentives scaling, )

•Designing of training programs/ training curriculum for chemical industries training programs (production of ( detergents/ paints/plastic and water treatment ))
*Following up training in the chemical field,
*Preparing specs. For instruments in chemical industries workshops .
*Preparing tests for training programs.
*Building of occupational analysis for training programs.
*strengthening relations with the private sectors and civil community to improve training and have more job opportunities for VTC graduates .
*Preparing training courses ( themes, costs, objectives, goals, etc.. )
* applying safety standards for training workshops
my responsibilities included:
• Training officer of detergents workshop ( Supervision, following up training in detergents workshop, production of all types of detergents(liquids & powders, soap and creams), preparing the training courses ) .
• Member of chemical tenders committee (VTC) : (preparation of equipment's' specifications , studying of received proposals …etc)
• Member of local tenders committee /department of public supplies .
• safety officer (responsible for safety precautions and safety training for the trainers (fire protection /first aid /safety rules /accidents ).
supervision of the production process for all types of liquid & powder detergents (for industrial & home application)
•Laboratory instructor (analyzing & testing the samples of detergents)
•Applying the ISO( system & procedures ) throughout the application of the system in the company .
•4Storekeeping (raw materials, packaging materials, finished products
training for the following issues :
•Water treatment tests .
•Mineral resources mining tests ( gold, uranium, oil shale, underground water, etc….).
•Using of inductively coupled plasma ( ICP ) for analyzing of mineral samples .
•Using of chromatography kit for analyzing samples .
