Summery of duties & responsibilities
• Review and evaluate submittal of report to the Service Manager on all daily activities concerning productivity, efficiency and quality work
•Participating and configuring on vehicles that is of high urgency to finalize technical requirements to where teamwork is highly recommended, and has been successful both teamwork and technical results to deadline.
•Prepare annual workshop targets and set monthly targets for team members and make sure to achieve it.
•Distributes the work order according to the technician’s ability and monitors their progress regularly.
•Review performance of team members and initiate appropriate actions to meet the company targets
•Monitors quality of repair and workmanship to ensure manufacturer standards are being met, and target first time fix rates are achieved
•Checks the job cards and ensures all individual job operation are involved along with related sub-contracted bills.
•Ensures timely delivery of vehicles by establishing and implementing clear and efficient processes the workflow.
•Ensures that the repair costs are kept at a minimum in order to maximizing department profitability
•Administrative contracts such as: Contract agreements to companies that request a number vehicles, are negotiable, and responsible to negotiate on service contracts for fleet cars and service contracts for normal cars.
•Liaison with related authorities/branch.
•Explanation of benefits, advantages of product. Best quality presentation of satisfaction to customer is granted.
•Ensure health and safety standards are met
•Responsible for the cleanliness of the workshop and general maintenance of all equipments and tools
•Analysing reasons of failure in vehicle, issue a report of the vehicle status.
•Repetitive testing is made to ensure and avoid same failure reasons, in addition to submittal of vehicles within the time schedule.
•Providing advice to increase the efficiency of the workflow.
•Ensured that the job was delivered on time without compromising on quality
•Studying the different parts of the vehicle and helping the company participate in the validation study program.
•Advising on the service provided to the vehicles to maintain the efficiency of the vehicles and to make sure that the vehicles always have good quality.
•Recognizing the principal areas to raise the profit level by controlling the cost of the supplies and also the cost of the vendor.
•Earn customer goodwill by providing the best quality repair status
•Diagnosed the problem in small cars and used the best possible technology and
