Prepare and review material submission in relation to project specification and tender documents.
Responsible for submission of monthly payments and hold relevant meetings with client.
Monitor and control procurement and delivery of materials on site against baseline schedule.
Monitor site work and activities, asses the quality measures and way of improvement.
Oversee the maintenance and operation consequences, drawbacks and feasibilities prior and after site installations.
Study and assess the potential value engineering techniques related to MEP.
Monitor and control the progress of MEP contractor on daily/weekly basis and ensure it is complying with the project baseline schedule.
Liaise and coordinate with third party suppliers, contractors and specialists for technical resolutions.
Responsible for operation and maintenance team as part of defect liability period.
Coordination/ Supervision for all infrastructure and tie-in procedures with authorities related to various MEP services.
Overlook and supervise testing and commissioning activities.
Implementation of QA/QC procedures on site.
Aware of and Implementing all HSE procedures.
Site Coordination between the various disciplines to solve site related issues.
Raising all related MEP documents of RFI, IR & MIR to Consultants & pass information to Engineering section, subcontractors, QS Dept & site execution team.
Attending all related MEP inspections of work with consultant.
Time to time Issue Advise of Defect against any quality issues & Non-Compliance of specification & Local Authority requirements to MEP subcontractors.
I have trained at The Housing Bank in Shmeisani, Amman as a site engineer through JEA.
During my training period I practiced with skilled engineers. I have learned from them a lot and now my supervisor engineer can depend on me to do the following low current systems:

3. FIRE ALARM SYSTEM.

During my work, I worked with people from different nationalities in new fields of experience going through complete process of design, fabrication and installation of signs and awnings. I have practiced new softwares and worked on new machines. Also I was responsible for the electrical connections for the signs and lightning it up using LED system.
I also worked in managerial position, distributing tasks for employees, placing orders, meetings and following up with customers. My goal was to benefit the company to the best I can and I have reached this goal.
