• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to identify and hire top talent within the organization of the Engineering & Product Business units.
• Develop and implement people policies and procedures that align with Convertedins vision and culture.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employment related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
• Design and deliver a wide range of HR programs that support employee development, engagement, and retention
• Drive the onboarding process for new hires ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Advise and coach leaders and managers on HR related matters.
• Ensure Convertedins compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Technology used: TeamTailor ATS, ZenHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Trello, Notion, Microsoft Office.
Talent Acquisition Tech, Business & Product (80%):
• Responsible for the end-to-end hiring process of different business units Tech & Non-Tech.
• Fully responsible for the onboarding process of new hires and making sure they receive an excellent experience.
• Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to determine recruitment needs.
• Attract and headhunt calibers that will help Fatura reach its set Goals while maintaining company culture.
• Handling all of the job descriptions, organizational charts, and updates of the company.
• Developing, maintaining, and updating the talent acquisition processes.
• Carry out exit interviews with employees and provide a monthly report of the output.
• Generating TA Monthly Reports such as (Pipeline Overview/position, Offer Acceptance Rate, New Hires Report)
Other Duties - L&D, Performance Management, ER, People Experience, Operations (20%):
• Develop and execute a learning and development plan that equips individuals with the necessary skills.
• Execute and facilitate any PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) or FTCP (Fast-Track Career Plan)
• Formulate and implement performance management plans to improve performance or assist with exit from the organization.
• Developing strong relationships with managers and colleagues at all levels and providing advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.
• Communicate and implement changes to HR policies and procedures.
• Providing advice on HR-related matters to managers across the business, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered.
• Process and maintain employees updates on our HRIS system (ZenHR), to ensure reporting structures/job titles are correct and current.
• Generating Monthly Reports such (Headcount Analytics, exit interviews report, training calendar, training attendees count per training, Trainings satisfaction report, Training cost)
Technology used: Lever ATS, Bamboo HR, LinkedIn, Slack, Trello, Notion, leapsome, Microsoft Office.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Manage the hiring process by using our Applicant Tracking System (Lever Hire).
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
• Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
• Use recruiting tools like tests and tasks to assess candidates skills.
• Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
• Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
• Checked the quality of the online Job posts on Forasna.
• Helped our clients with the job Analysis by assisting them with job descriptions.
• Consulted our clients on their hiring and recruitment needs (Blue, grey, and White collars).
• Monitored the jobs added and assessing the quality of the applied candidates.
• Helped the Clients with the filtration process on their added jobs.
• Followed up with our clients and making sure that their demands are met.
• Provided Online Recruitment solutions and tips for Job Seekers.
