- To direct and manage all activities related to Property Management of Full Buildings and Single Residential Units
- In charge of all aspects leading to full occupancy of a new building such as liaising with Master Developer, overseeing handover process, snagging, registration of all necessary utilities, DLP Warranty;
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties;
- Design business plan for assigned properties that suit customer needs;
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards;
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants;
- Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner;
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants;
- Oversee properties personnel and assess its performance;
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance;
- Source and build relationship with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
- Solicit potential clients to buy, sell, and rent properties;
- Advise clients on prices, mortgages, market conditions, and other related information;
- Compare properties to determine a competitive market price;
- Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features;
- Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services;
- Take prospective buyers or renters to see properties;
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration;
- Mediate negotiations between the buyer and seller;
- Ensure all terms of purchase contracts are met.
- Research the market for identifying new business opportunities;
- Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals;
- Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion;
- Develop business proposals for new and existing customers;
- Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, prospects and presentations;
- Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients;
- Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities;
- Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
- Responsible for gaining business from new and existing customers by maximizing sales opportunities;
- Maximising profit through achieving the monthly targets;
- Build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements - both their stated and unconscious needs;
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of the vehicle range & communicating this product knowledge with customers;
