Development and certification of WPS and PQR according to ASME IX, ASME B31.1 & AWS D1.1 for piping and construction buildings.
Organization and control of the Welder’s Perfomance Qualification tests in accordance with ASME IX. Execution of as-built documentation (Welder’s ID Cards, Qualification test Reports, orders). Calculation of the need for welding materials and their consumption with the subsequent registration of applications for their purchase.
Operational quality control of welding on site.
Analysis of the causes of defects. Maintenance of repair and cut out reports.
Development and qualification of WPS for the repair of products by welding (surfacing), as well as technological support of workshops.
Development and qualification of WPS for piping.
Maintaining a database on technological processes.
Defects analysis.
Calculation of the need for welding consumables for the construction / repair of the order. HSSE control and WPS following at workplaces.
Supervision on Welders Training and Qualification test.
Certification of welding technologies and welders according to the rules of NAWC, RMRS, RRR. Participation in fault detection.
