Managing daily operations of the Club, setting up the business, designing and promoting activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue, advertising and promoting the club to increase usage, which may include commissioning and considering market research, maintaining high levels of customer care, often with a particular focus on avoiding loss of existing users, recruiting, training and supervising staff, handling complaints and incidents, accidents, emergencies or theft, planning staff vacation leaves, accounting, managing sales, managing inventory, ordering supplies, etc.

Mr. Nikola Poposki)
Making hotel, airline reservations through AMADEUS (IATA global system reservation), working with insurance, rent-a-car, etc.
Collecting debt over the telephone from customers that have taken loans from Stopanska Bank and have not paid their monthly payments on a regular basis.
