Retail Decisions is a world leader in processing Payment Transactions and Card Payment Fraud Prevention. My main responsibilities are: • To act as a client facing project manager on multiple projects from pre-sales to study and understand the client requirements, to go live, liaising with other departments (e.g. Operations, Support, Service Delivery, Development, Finance etc.), to ensure objectives are achieved and clients are satisfied.
• To manage a team of Project Managers ensuring projects are allocated and well administered.

GFI Monetic is a consultancy company in the Payment and Banking sector. As a senior consultant, my role was to assist our clients in defining their requirements, liaising with their providers to define and document the suitable solutions.

AIR FRANCE
• Study the needs of Air France in terms of EMV Payment Systems in order to elaborate a requirements document.
• Coordination of a migration project of payment terminals and IS of Air France in order to accept EMV banking and privatives cards and perform EMV payment transactions.

PARTECIS (Joint venture of NATIXIS & BNPP)
Within a consortium of IBM, ACI and GFI: • Presales phase: Answer a RFP of both banking groups NATIXIS and BNPP requiring a common Issuer Authorization Server based on Base24-eps (ACI product)
• Project Initiation phase: - Definition of the project scope and the global functional architecture.
- Definition of common functionalities, specific functionalities and main deliverables.

M+X (Natexis Banque Populaire)
In charge of studying the feasibility of implementing privative card schemes in France; CUP (China UnionPay Payment Cards), SECETI (Italian payment cards): • Card Acceptance (POS, ATM)
• Transaction Processing (Acquiring, Overseas Authorization, Clearing and Settlement)

GEMPLUS (now GEMALTO) is a card manufacturer and VAS (Value Added Services) provider.
I was in charge of GEMPLUS OTA (Over The Air) VAS platform project, operations and support for STC (Saudi Telecommunication Company) at Riyadh, KSA (6 persons team management, 700K€)
• Ensure continuous activities on the platform 24h/24, 7d/7, enabling the client to generate the expected revenues. This meant to fulfil our contractual commitments, make sure regular operations are performed correctly and guarantee a quick fixing of any problem that arises.
• Develop the relationship with the client and his partners, in order to understand his current and future needs and take quick actions to satisfy him.
• Follow up the new projects development in France, integration and roll out in Riyadh.
• Establish the communication with the sub-contractors to develop long term partnership enabling us to have high qualified resources at best prices in a win-win strategy.

Ingenico is a world leader Payment terminals manufacturer where I first worked as a Client Facing Project Manager to implement Payment en EPOS systems, and then to develop a Purchasing Card service offer in France.

Development of a Purchasing Card (PCard) Offer in France
• Answer in consortium with MasterCard and Credit Mutuel to the Request For Bid launched by the Finance Ministry in France to test the PCard system in the public sector.
• Implement of the solution at the concerned administrative entities and their suppliers.
• Follow up end-to-end validation tests between Card Acceptor, Acquirer and Issuer.
• Define the service level offered (SLA)
• Define the French market requirements for PCard System: o Buyer and Supplier needs.
o Legal constraints regarding invoice dematerialization.
• Establish contacts with other PCard issuers (AMEX, VISA ) to take their card scheme specifications into consideration to offer an inter-operable global solution.

Payment Systems (EPOS, Chip & Pin, EMV, Banking and Privative cards applications)
• Main contact of the different clients (TotalFinaElf, Shell Direct, Accor Services) and partners (Wincor Nixdorf), in charge of studying their needs and defining the project major milestones.
• Definition of the global planning (MS Project) and the deliverables.
• Follow up and coordination between the different project teams (20 persons, 3 M€) for: o Integrated payment systems.
o Standalone payment terminals.
o GSM mobile terminals for payment and delivery rounds management.
• Organise and follow up hardware and software integration and validation tests.
• Participation to steering committees and reporting to different actors.
• Sub-contractors management.
• Pre-sales with potential clients.

ASTRIA is an editor and integrator of Banking Front Office products (Payment transaction acquisition, routing and authorization) . I was acting as a client facing Project Manager: • Functional and technical contact of the clients (Crédit Lyonnais, Crédit Communal Belge)
• Definition of client needs and writing of functional specifications.
• Planning and coordination of the different tasks of the project team.
• Follow up of the realization, installation and end user's validation tests.

• Specifications and definition of the validation tests of the train embedded software system.

• Technical support to the commercial team to sell new scientific software system.

CEGELEC (1991 - 1993):
• Team leader in charge of a main functionality of nuclear plants control project for South Korea.

JEUMONT SCHNEIDER AUTOMATION (1990- 1991):
• Software development of applications for steel and aluminium roll mills process control.

• Software development of the freight system of the SNCF all over the French territory.
