3. KDD data center upgrade and stretching (network and platform) project: Install new Cisco core switch and distribution switches, migration to Active/Active storage solution. Project budget 126, 466.00 KD
4. VIVA DCIM project: Enabling the capability to centrally monitor the health of its network enabled physical infrastructure via a single unified management platform. Project budget: 48, 70.00 KD

2. Developing and managing project policies, procedures, templates, and other shared documents; and coordinating communication across projects.
3. Managing resources including type and quantity of materials, people, equipment, suppliers’ requirements and user training provisioning.
4. Managing operation priorities between system development, maintenance and operations.
5. Risk planning and systems security assurance.
