Scanning Various types of Documents for our customers to allow them to view it on-line using DMS.
The process includes processing the data through different programs to allow the final result.
Indexing the data for the scanned documents.
Managing, scheduling and processing work for some FTSE 250 clients.
Handling the warehouse stock input and output through J.D.E or through Sage by issuing stock or adjusting stock in ordered by me or supplied by our customers.
Managing stock level balance for order fulfillment with no aging stock.
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensuring that they are communicated and implemented.
Managing accounts in terms of orders, sales, customer communication, pricing and keeping account satisfaction with daily reporting and feedback for the accounts
ability to work on different machines depending on the schedule requirements either on mail machine or print machines or hand enclosing or scanning.
Working to a tight schedule by insuring that work is produce on time.
Food supply to various 5 stars Restaurants and hotels in London and Hospitals,
Including trips to the market every day and Supervising 5 persons and 3 Vans to insure that deliveries are delivered in time with good quality products.
