• Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training employees, appraising, initial disciplinary action, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
• Ensure that all building commodities and equipments are properly cleaned, maintained, serviced, or repaired by responding to the day to day maintenance needs.
