Description: The city will allocate commercial areas in the city are estimated to cover more than 306, 000 square
meters, around 99, 000 square meters have been allocated for retail, entertainment and F&B outlets which will serve the
residents and visitors of the city, includes residential areas with 500 villas and townhouses, as well as 6, 000
apartments with multiple floor plans and more than 44 per cent of the total area for green open spaces to enhance
sustainable development.

Description: Rehabilitation of five existing schools, adding additional building for each school.
Job Highlights
• Coordinate with Design Department for revisions, drawing clarification and change in designs as per the site
conditions.
• Preparing and monitoring all surveying works.
• Developing daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Site Manager.
• Conducting surveys works.
Project Description: Rehabilitation and upgrading for 65 KM of the Desert Highway, adding a third additional
lane, extended the existing culverts and establishing new culverts, Storm-water networks and channels
