◦ Responsible for overseeing the construction process to ensure that it aligns with the approved architectural plans, specifications, and design intent.
◦ Monitor the progress of construction activities, review work quality, and address the issues or deviations that arise.
◦ Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to coordinate and verify the installation of interior finishes, fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
