•Track budget expenditures and line item spending with the finance department staff and ensures proper financial management and reporting on the project budget, in compliance with the organization and donors requirements.
• Draft technical agreements, contracts in collaboration with related departments.
• Prepare and manage projects evaluation, assessment and inquires.
• Documentation and sharing lessons learnt from the programs evaluation within the department and among the overseas projects offices .
Develop progress reports, proposals, requirements documents and presentations.
