With the aid of the QuickBooks Software performed the following tasks that I was responsible for:
• Issuing and creating invoices, refunds and credits accordingly to the need of the students.
• Received and verified payments by cash, credit cards, checks and bank transfers.
• Maintained a daily report to ensure that money received equals the money recorded.
• Greeted students and assisted them with their transactions as well as provide them with the information related to payment procedures, alternative payment methods to enable to smooth transaction for the students.
Acting as a host, I warmly greeted all customers as they entered the BRL
I to the best of my abilities, try to listen and seek to understand the needs of the customers and direct them to the correct DED service.
Using the on-line Kiosk I registered customers for a pre-arranged appointment, help them make an appointment, check in for appointments or guide them to the self service area depending on their inquiry.
I approved customer’s identification for registration to the e-services platform.
Providing support for the migration of our customers to the e services and online tools by providing the necessary coaching and assistance at the self service areas. You will assist them in ensuring the accuracy of their applications using online tools.
Supporting the customers in completing their online forms, reviewing their supporting documentation and ensuring paperwork is accurate and complete.
Informed visitors about the timings and programs of the events held.
Made sure that the security and maintenance staff have arrived on time for the event.
As an organizer made sure that visitors and exhibitors enter the event at the right time and the right hall with the proper identification
Assisted clients by informing them of the programs the company had to offer.
Following up calls of clients to keep them updated of any changes
Making sure that each and every call is informative and easily understandable and short to clients
Informed visitors about the programs that the University of Dubai had to offer.
