Welcome, greet every customer in a friendly manner & demonstrate excellent customer service at all time.
Identify customer needs confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products at every sale opportunity; close the sale.
Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers, issue, receipts and bills against their purchase and provide professional cash point service.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently and refunds as required in line with company procedures.
Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, in store promotions at all times.
Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager.
Maintain clean and organized wrap stands, fitting rooms and stock areas.
Check stock levels daily and inform of deleting stocks to the store manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
Comply with all company policies and procedures including refund and exchange policy, security, health and safety policies etc.
Collect customers’ preference information into a database
Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers' requests.
Ensure smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments, as well as accurate stock keeping preventing security risks and thefts by performing physical and electronic inventory as required, reporting broken alarms, incidents, suspicious activities.
Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop
floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand's image
and coordination standards.
Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in an effective and accurate
manner as required.
Take accurate measurements for any needed alteration, assign price according to set price
list (when applicable) and coordinate needed alterations.
