* Business Plans and Performance:
· Maintain business KPIs trends with full analysis to facilitate decision making process.
. Accountable and responsible for budgeting, planning process for company top down by channel / products ensuring proper alignment with Operations and CFO.
. Leading business managers in full understanding the business dynamics and making vital contribution in achieving the business targets by providing standard reports, plans and ensuring they are carried out in accordance with company Strategy
. Providing clear views & plans for overall business operations by identifying business drivers, Key Performance indicators.

. Lead information delivery to all businesses through analyzed financial business modeling that increase levels of channels and products understanding, facilitating business decisions making.

*** Business partnership support:
. Produce explanatory financial visibility studies with trend analysis to ensure covering all business requirements towards channels.
. Identify areas for improvements and coordinate with respective business to create an action plan and follow up on results/improvements.
* Reporting to Deputy CFO.
- Created executive analysis reports highlighting business issues, potential risks.
- Led the modeling, planning and execution of all financial processes.

- Recommended innovative alternatives to generate revenue and reduce unnecessary costs.
- Analyzed complex regulation and policy documents that directly impacted budgetary and financial matters.
- Assist in financial statements & produce budget according to schedule
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results

- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Prepare month-end and year-end close process
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Analyze and monitor the transactions and ensure that they are recorded according to the accounting standards to avoid any accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Coordinate the monthly closing of the General Ledger accounts.
- Reconciliation of the sub-ledger accounts with the General Ledger that are generated by the ERP System.
- Prepare the monthly management financial reports within the deadline.
- Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of the financial transaction.
- Review and ensure that All documents are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and work closely with the external auditors for the year-end closing and issuance of the financial statements.
- Assist in the Zakat and Tax filing through preparation of the needed documentation.
- Work closely with the human resource Department to process the monthly payroll.
- The assistant of CFO in preparing General Assembly meeting.
* Major Achievements
- Participate in developing management financial reporting system through spread sheets in the absence of ERP System which considerably reduced the time of generating the monthly financial reports which I used to prepare and submit to Management.
- Capitalizing on my strong experience and skill in MS office applications, I have developed, using EXCEL, a user friendly Accounting System for one of the small size companies that I worked for. The program was so easy to use and gives all financial reports in easy way.
- Also I have developed, using EXCEL, a sophisticated “Database software” for Sales and Inventory using EXCEL that enables the company to get various types of management reports in no-time that enables management to take a timely and appropriate business decisions.
* Responsibilities and Duties
** I have worked and got involved through a job rotation of the following functions with processing of all accounting transactions and generating and analyzing the appropriate management reports:
- Accounts Payable
- Inventory
- Cash Sales and point of sale with all related transaction
- Payroll
- Bank Reconciliations
- Reconciliation of warehouse accounts with the main accounts in the GL
- Assist the Chief Accountant in month end closing
- In addition to Marketing Research while was working in Marketing Dept.
** That was my first Job. I used to assist customers in filling and processing investment application.
