2- Receives Employee required papers.

3- Ensures that required contents of personal file are completed and updated in adherence to company policies and labor law.

4- Follow up & receive End of probation form, ensure that it exists on file.

5- Prepare social insurance for the workers.

6- Ensure the right mechanism for social insurance.

7- Updates the personal data base and sends the update to concerned parties according to company policies.

8- personal files status, develop and activate a mechanism for ensuring complete personal filing system (complete and controlled ), remove the leavers files as per as agreed plan.

9- Ensure recording of any paper taken from files or back, reporting and follow up.

10- Prepare and send to social insurance authority form 1 & form 6.

11- Issuing Official Letters for insurance office & Government departments.

12- Record disciplinary actions and provide relative statistics
