- Responsible for the confidentiality of the customer’s documents and financial information.
- Responsible for selling and cross-selling all bank products.
- Handling the applications provided from the call center and website and ensure the best customer service.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Assign successful applications to direct sales teams to finalize.
- Follow up with pending leads until closure.
- Upload all closed/successful leads into the LMS systems.
- Responsible for daily reports and incentive sheet reports.
- Deputize the team leader in his absence and assume all his authorities.
- Supervise the team and provide help.
- Coach and train new staff.
- Provide the needed guidance and assistance to all the team members.
Maintain a record for the company data in its accounts, prepare the invoices for the clients, Follow up to collect the invoices, calculate the company revenue and expenses, calculate the salaries and distribute it.
Graduation degree: Very good with honors. The Bachelor degree is equated to a Bachelor degree in business administration
