Windows 7 lead migration Engineer in the London office and for offices around the world Inc. Washington D.C, New York, MENA and Moscow. This included scheduling, building machines via SCCM, running checks with each user, migration of machine, floor walking and support.
• Troubleshooting and migrating HP Desktops, Dell Desktops, HP Laptops and Toshiba Laptops.
• Creating assets in SCCM, adding them to collections for the relevant build and required software.
• Troubleshooting SCCM build and USMT issues
• Running USMT for the capture and restore of local data.
• Migrated and trained VIP users on Windows 7 this involved one to one training sessions, explaining different ways of remote working and the use of VPN and Microsoft Lync.
