I started at Yallamotor as an intern working as a Relationship manager. After 3 months they asked me to join full time as a Business Developer. My responsibility was to grow a portfolio from zero to 300 clients as soon as possible. I managed to do this within 6 months by making sure that my Clients understood I was there whenever they needed me. Whilst staying professional, I try to break down the “formal” barriers and create a friendly relationship. This helps when dealing with problems and makes it easy to suggest sales ideas to Clients.
After 6 months, I was put in charge of the dealerships on Sheikh Zayed Road and three other automotive destinations across Dubai & Sharjah (Ducamz, Sharjah Auto Market & Al Aweer Used Car Complex).
I managed a team of 3 photography agents covering the three zones which involves organising where each photography agent needs to be when they need to be there and what products and services they need to provide to the Client.
My job responsibilities at Nexus Consulting was to handle all incoming & outgoing documentation includ-ing listing and scheduling documents that were delivered by clients, drafting invoices and bringing pro-posals together. The work involved scheduling facts from daily records like timesheets and progress rec-ords so I did quite a lot of that working with Microsoft excel.
