Job Description:
● Preparing money investment plan for a full year:
1. Assets investment
2. Money management (expenses, consumables, utilities…)
● Preventive and corrective maintenance for all store equipments
● Staff training and recruiting
● Staff overtime, leave planning, schedule…

● Internal projects
● Hygiene and HACCP (follow up and internal audit)

● Implementation of MASSA BABEL (BA) 100sqm stage with all its services (sound & light)

Job Description:
• Daily routine check up on all branches (4 restaurant, 2 central kitchens, 1 supermarket)
• Troubleshooting and repairing all HVAC components

• Procurement of the department utilities
MAIN ACHEIVEMENT:
1. Setting up individual checklist ( per store/ per equipment)
