Monitoring & maintaining all IT Infrastructures critical devices (Network/Servers/Storage/Database/Hyper-V) as per the agreed SLA.
Configuring all the required devices in the Manage Engine Application Tools (AppManager & OpManager), Alert Tracker (& Healix tools for segregating valid alerts) and BMC Remedy (Ticketing tool) as per the client requirement.
Co-ordination with the vendors as part of the ATM & CDM Monitoring & ensure NOC Team to close the tickets for CDM & ATM as per agreed SLA.
Preparing SOP’s for NOC Team for any new changes in the monitoring criteria as per the client.
Preparing Reports for NOC Team who handles automated tickets on Weekly & Monthly basis & ensure the customer to meet as per the agreed SLA.
Plan and coordinate the network maintenance program to include routine repair requests, periodic maintenance, and field upgrade or migration plan.
Proactive monitoring for data network infrastructure to enable the data network operation team to understand and trend the infrastructure that underpins the service.
Worked on Cisco Routers (7206, 3745 and 2811 series) and Cisco Catalyst L2/L3 Switches (2950, 3750, 3560, 4948, 6509 series).
Configuring SNMP & Net flow on Cisco router & switches.
Configuring VLAN as per client requirement.
Configuration and Troubleshooting of routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.
Configuring and administering Cisco Switches and securing ports using Port Security.
The company provides VoIP Gateways, Gatekeepers, Billing Systems, Routes, DID and Technical support for various VoIP equipments.
