Responsible for managing overall operations and retention of key Accounts
Perform ad hoc duties i.e. prepare Minutes of meeting, schedule meetings, answer emails and receive phone calls on behalf of the managers / salespersons when they are out of office.
Coordinate with the Sales Team and liaise with the operations
Prepare Quotations for Land Freight enquiries
Coordinate with Clients from Start to End of project/ shipment
Provide proper instructions and specifications to Operations Executives on the proper trucks/trailers required, the cargo, dimensions of the cargo to ensure smooth work flow
Ensure that proper tracking updates for trucks are relayed to customers
Open and prepare jobs and other documents i.e. driver’s agreement, cargo agreement and truck way bill
Ensure that documents prepared are complete and accurate
Ensure that documents i.e. Proof of Delivery and other documents required by clients are complete upon driver’s return from trip
Prepare invoice upon completion of the job
Prepare accurate and on time Truck Status Reports for Express shipments
Ensure that clients are well-informed of any delays related to shipment
Quick decision making
Handle inbound calls regarding customer inquiries, complaints, service requests and troubleshooting related to Panasonic Fax Machines.
Repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution and design best-option solutions.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain goodwill with clients.
Ensure that both individual KPI and customer satisfaction are met by providing a one -time call resolution.
