 Responsible for managing overall operations and retention of key Accounts
 Perform ad hoc duties i.e. prepare Minutes of meeting, schedule meetings, answer emails and receive phone calls on behalf of the managers / salespersons when they are out of office.
 Coordinate with the Sales Team and liaise with the operations
 Prepare Quotations for Land Freight enquiries

 Open and prepare jobs and other documents i.e. driver’s agreement, cargo agreement and truck way bill
 Ensure that documents prepared are complete and accurate
 Ensure that documents i.e. Proof of Delivery and other documents required by clients are complete upon driver’s return from trip
 Prepare invoice upon completion of the job
 Prepare accurate and on time Truck Status Reports for Express shipments
 Ensure that clients are well-informed of any delays related to shipment
