• I have initially joined the company to look after both Gauteng and Eastern Cape regions in terms of adding value with regards to the running of the business in the two areas.
• After three months of joining the company we had to replace the current MD in the Gauteng region and jointly (CEO and myself) that we will not be replacing the MD but rather share responsibilities between myself and the CEO and run Gauteng in that fashion and for me then to focus purely on Gauteng.
