• Evaluated the machines condition, provided the needed tools and spare parts. Trained the convenient human resources. Set and implemented the goals and plans and finally evaluated the entire process and detailed tasks.
• Assigned tasks planned projects and supervised the “Periodic Preventive Maintenance" and the "Corrective Maintenance" teams.
• Prepared and executed the equipment yearly renovation plan for main production lines and equipment like waste balers, waste wrappers, PET balers, tire and wood shredders, sorting lines... ensuring that work is done properly with high quality, respecting the time frame and the safety norms.
• Organized and executed Capital Expenditure projects (Sorting line assembly, Sorting Line Shortening, new baler and wrapper)
